TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing this website, registering for the Running of the Bulls Challenge, or attempting any portion of the challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or participate in the challenge.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to register independently. Participants under 18 may only register with verified parental or legal guardian consent and must compete in the Rising Bull division.

The Running of the Bulls Challenge involves strenuous physical activity, including running, push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and sit-ups, performed at high volume. Participation carries inherent risks including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, dehydration, cardiac events, heat-related illness, and other serious physical harm. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for them.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate. Consult a licensed physician before beginning any new fitness program or attempting any portion of this challenge. Do not participate if you have any condition that may be aggravated by intense physical exertion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Torro, LLC, its officers, employees, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation in the challenge. This includes claims of negligence.

The Running of the Bulls Challenge is a self-directed event. There is no on-site supervision, medical monitoring, or judging staff. Verification of completion is conducted remotely through video and rep logs submitted by participants.

Founding Bull participants who pay the official verification fee are eligible for leaderboard placement, badges, and finisher rewards. Verification is subject to Torro, LLC's review. Submissions found to be fraudulent or in violation of challenge rules will be disqualified without refund.

Founding Bull verification fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Disqualification, withdrawal, or failure to complete the challenge does not entitle the participant to a refund.

All content, branding, names, logos, and materials on this site — including "Running of the Bulls Challenge," "Black Horn," "Official Bull," "Rising Bull," "The Herd," "Founding Bull," "Earn Your Horns," and related marks — are the property of Torro, LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

By submitting verification videos, photos, or other content, you grant Torro, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with the challenge and its marketing.

Torro, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service, the challenge rules, pricing, divisions, and rewards at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
